Getting Started

To start benefiting from Forex Group's superior Exchange Rates, there are a few simple steps for you to follow.

Register Online

1. Register Now by submitting your details online.
2. We will contact you to confirm your registration and verify your identity.
3. You will then be registered and provided with a login for our website.

As part of the registration process, we will contact you and provide you with further information about our services. After that, just follow the steps below to begin buying and selling currency. (Coming Soon: Online booking facilities).

Four Steps For A First Time Transaction

1. Contact your Forex Group dealer. Quote your currency amount. We'll quote you the current rate.
2. Advise us of your Beneficiary details (either online or by using the Transaction Template.
3. A confirmation receipt will be provided for you.
4. Confirm the details are correct on the receipt and then arrange payment of the AUD value to our settlement account (Payment Details are below).

Once we have received details of your beneficiary, we keep them on file. Hence, all future bookings are made much easier.

Three Steps For Regular Transactions

1. Call your Forex Group dealer and quote your amount, currency and beneficiary. We'll quote you the current rate.
2. Wait for the confirmation receipt.
3. Confirm the details are correct and then use your preferred payment method to send us the Australian Dollars.

Payment Methods

1. ELECTRONIC TRANSFER
   The Australian dollar value can be transferred electronically to the account details below. Bank: Westpac Banking Corporation Branch: Manly Account Name: Forex Group Australia Pty Ltd BSB # 032-096 Account # 197-528
2. BPAY
   If you are using Telephone or Internet Banking, you can arrange to make your payment using BPAY. If you are familiar with BPAY, our Transaction Confirmation contains all the information you need to make a payment. If not, contact your Financial Institution for more information.
3. DIRECT DEBIT
   You can arrange to have the amounts automatically debited from your selected account. If you have not used a Direct Debit facility before, we can assist you in setting it up.
4. CHEQUE DEPOSIT
   A company cheque can be deposited at any branch of the Westpac Bank to the account details above. When depositing the cheque, please advise the teller to “Special Answer” it and provide the following contact details:
   
   CONTACT NUMBER= 1300 722 215
   CONTACT NAME = “Your Forex Group dealer’s name”
   
   The Special Answer enables your funds to be cleared almost immediately. Forex Group Australia incurs the fee and if asked, it should be charged to the same account.
