In conjunction with our AFS License, we are required to:
- Provide clients with a Product Disclosure Statement
and Financial Services Guide.
- Where advice is given to a client, a Statement of Advice must be provided.
- Each client must be identified per the legislative requirements indicated below.
Individual Identification Requirements
This is a Financial Transaction Report Act requirement
that only needs to be completed once. If you are a new customer
to Forex Group, before we can open your account, we will need to confirm your identity
by completing a 100-point identification check.
